Refund policy
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact infinityandbeyondpk@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or a short video.
Please report visible transit damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. An unboxing video is helpful but is not the only evidence we accept.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, missing component or refund. We will cover reasonable, agreed return and replacement delivery costs for a confirmed fault, transit damage or an error on our part.
Product condition
Please retain the product, packaging, accessories and manuals. Reasonable opening and testing to identify a fault does not invalidate a faulty-item claim. Packaging damaged during delivery does not automatically invalidate a claim.
Damage caused by crashes, water exposure contrary to instructions, misuse, incorrect charging, modifications or normal wear is excluded. Opened or assembled building sets and used RC vehicles are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges; genuine defects or missing parts can still be reported.
Return process
Contact us at infinityandbeyondpk@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please dispatch an approved return within 3 calendar days of receiving those instructions and retain the courier receipt.
Refunds & Exchanges
At Infinity & Beyond, we offer replacements or exchanges for items received damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please report any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing infinityandbeyondpk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
We aim to inspect returned items within 3 working days of receipt. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement and cover the standard return and replacement delivery charges.
If the same item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another product of equal value, or a higher-value product with the price difference payable by you.
Discounted items remain eligible for valid claims. Damage caused by misuse, accidents or incorrect charging is not covered. Please contact us before returning any item.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required under applicable law.
