Shipping policy

We deliver within Pakistan to addresses served by our courier partners.

Delivery charges

  • Orders below Rs.6,000: Rs.250.

  • Same day(24hrs) delivery for Rawalpindi & Islamabad.

  • Orders of Rs.6,000 or more: free standard delivery.

  • Eligibility is based on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

Processing and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation and, for prepaid orders, payment verification. Standard delivery normally takes another 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote locations may take 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; weather, public holidays and courier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking and delivery assistance
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Please provide an accurate address and an active contact number. Contact us promptly if you need to change your address before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, email infinityandbeyondpk@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
